| The U.S. and Global Proxy Voting Manuals, archived articles from The Friday Report and ISSue Alert, the postseason report, and global quarterly reports. |

| Most are in HTML format, but past issues of the postseason report and global quarterlies are in pdf format. |

| Yes. |

| The new Friday Report (distributed every Friday) will
highlight new content that has appeared on ISSue Atlas that week. |

basis? |
| No, after the launch of ISSue Atlas, the ISSue Alert
will become the "feature articles" section of the Web site. |

| Past years’ articles from ISSue Alert and The Friday
Report, as well as U.S. Post-Season Reports and Global Quarterly

| No, archives are included in your subscription price. |

| A subscription covers one or two users. There is a
separate subscription rate for multiple users. |

| Yes. There is an additional charge for multiple users,
however. |
